Regular, consistent attendance is both an expectation and a requirement of One 2 One Tutoring Svc.

All cancellations or requests to change a scheduled session must be made at least 12 hours prior to the time of the scheduled session. In the case of sudden illness, you must notify us prior to 10:00 AM on the day of the session. A message can be left on the voicemail when no one is available to answer the phone (336) 223-5813. Otherwise, you will be billed for the session. We do not accept NO CALL NO SHOW appointments. The fee is $50. There will be no charge if the tutor must cancel the session, and we will call you in a timely manner. If a make-up session is desired due to tutor cancellation, one will be arranged as available.
